Before this time I have never travel with Biman Airlines. I have to say it has potential but unfortunately the management is rubbish, the junior staff they do try hard but you can see the quality of the management is very poor ' especially how expensive Biman is. I don't think I would like to travel with the biman again unless I have extreme circumstances like this time, there is room for improvement I really hope and Pray the management do something about the way running in this business it is a shame and they can make absolute fortune by improving the management and the quality of service STOP being so greedy and provide people with good quality food and service...😉
