এখানে দিন এবং রাতের মধ্যে অনেক তফাৎ,, যে গাড়িগুলোর দিনে চলাচল করে,, সেসব গাড়ি সব সময় রাতে পাওয়া যায় না। আপনাদের কারো কোথাো যাওয়ার ইচ্ছা থাকলে আগে থেকে জেনে শুনে আসবেন। ধন্যবাদ। আপনার যাত্রা শুভ হোক।

The food I ordered by exploring their menu (16no), the food I finally got, wasn't the same. Check it yourself to judge. The amount and size of chicken that was shown off at the picture was completely opposite to the delivered food. Although, taste was amazing, I will still say that I didn't get the exact food that I ordered. Saying that if I did got the food from the picture I could justify the price, but, the actual food wasn't worth to it's value.

Multiple waitstaff ignored attempts to get their attention. When I finally stopped a waiter (who was arguing with another table rather than serving), he abruptly refused to take my order ("এখন অর্ডার নেয়া যাবে না") with no explanation. The complete service breakdown - especially when tables were clearly manageable - shows shocking indifference to customers. Until they fix these issues, I cannot recommend this establishment. Even busy restaurants should maintain basic hospitality standards. Pro tip: Bring snacks - you might need them while waiting for service that never comes.
