The Ami Probashi Recruitment Management System (A-RMS) makes government processes faster and easier to complete for Recruiting agents and foreign employers via digital completion of attestation, candidate selection, Pre-departure Orientation (PDO) booking, Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) clearance, and digital smart card issuance.
