The Chartered Institute of Human Resources and Development ( CIHRD) is an autonomous Human Resource Management Professional qualifications, research and training institute for continuing professional development as well as organization development for socio-economic development of Bangladesh. It is non-political, non profitable, independent and charitable organization which is incorporated under the Companies Act.1994 by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. People's Republic of Bangladesh.
