Provita Group started its journey 25 years ago in 2001, with trading raw materials Poultry feed at Khatungonj, Chattogram primarily it initiated with importing and distributing Poultry concentrate and gradually took steps to produce poultry feed. With that initiative it introduced the name ‘Provita’ by establishing an industry named ‘Provita Feed Limited’ in 2004 for producing, marketing & distributing poultry feed, Cattle feed and Fish feed.
The Group has become more dynamic followed by huge expansion in different business sectors thus its existence in the corporate world has significant impacts on the society which they can utilize to create positive changes in knowledge, skills, & expertise. Provita believes that with the changing pattern of Human Resource Management and its global impact, emphasis on human resource is an integral part to the Groups success in long run for which reason the new vision for Provita Group is adopted to align with the current globalization trend. Moreover, Provita Group is concentrating more on its Human Resource as it believes that it can bring transformation in the society by utilizing the potentials & creativity and nurturing the skills of the Group’s human resource through promoting team work & integrity and providing them the platform for social development.
