Teletalk Bangladesh Limited is a Public limited company, registered under the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies of Bangladesh. All shares are owned by the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The only state-owned GSM based mobile phone operator started operating in 2004.
