UCC (Universal Coaching Center)
The founder and chairman of UCC Mr. Dr. M. A. Halim Patwari is a native of Bhatra village of Hajiganj police station in Chandpur district. He was admitted to Dhaka University in 1982-83 session and stayed in Room No. 511 as a resident student of Mohsin Hall. Immediately after being admitted to Dhaka University, he realized the problem of admission in the best colleges and universities of the country and since 1983, as a personal initiative, Muhsin Hale started cooperating in the admission of students who wanted to be admitted to the university in batches. In this way, till 1985, he was helping the students in various ways in the university admission and most of the students got admission in different departments of Dhaka University with success.
Later in 1986, when he saw that the seats of students inside the hall were no longer being arranged, he took a personal initiative and officially inaugurated the ICMAB building in Nilkhet, named UCC, by the then vice chancellor of Dhaka University. Deans of different faculties of Dhaka University, department chairmen, hall provosts and teachers of different departments were present in the opening ceremony. In this way, step by step, the branches of UCC are expanding all over the country today. Currently, the courtyard of UCC is bustling with students who are enrolled in more than a hundred branches of the university across Bangladesh.
