Despite the restaurant being 90% full, I waited over an hour without being able to place an order. Multiple waitstaff ignored attempts to get their attention. When I finally stopped a waiter (who was arguing with another table rather than serving), he abruptly refused to take my order ("এখন অর্ডার নেয়া যাবে না") with no explanation.
The complete service breakdown - especially when tables were clearly manageable - shows shocking indifference to customers. Until they fix these issues, I cannot recommend this establishment. Even busy restaurants should maintain basic hospitality standards.
Pro tip: Bring snacks - you might need them while waiting for service that never comes.
